Puis dès que j’ai commencée les anti-dépresseurs cela m’a beaucoup aidée. Mon médecin a commencée à baisser ma dose de CLONAZEPAM-R et cela ne m’a pas affectée. Je me sent beaucoup mieux depuis que je prends ces médicaments, je suis capable de fonctionnée normalement ce que je n’arrivait plus à faire auparavant. Alors je ne suis pas d’accord avec vous au sujet des anti-dépresseurs car dans mon cas cela a été bénéfique. J’ai un suivi régulier avec un psychologue une fois la semaine et en octobre je vais commencé des thérapies de groupes.
